We've been to Paso Robles about 5 times during the pandemic; it's a fun stop. We actually visited Six Test Kitchen right after they got their Michelin Star.
Among our favorites in Paso is Les Petite Canailles and the outstanding cocktail bar Alchemist Garden.
We've done Sensorio which was a lot of fun.
We usually stay at Oxford Suites.
And usually grab coffee form Spearhead Coffee in the mornings.

I'm the publicist for Sensorio and I had a quick revision re: your section on "SENSORIO PASO." Could you revise the title of the section to "BRUCE MUNRO: LIGHT AT SENSORIO."

In the section below, the correct term would then be "Field of Light" is a large-scale, immersive light installation created by... etc.

Sensorio is technically home to Bruce Munro: Light at Sensorio, which includes Munro's two installations Field of Light and Light Towers.
